Triple R Development LLC bought the 10,850-square-foot center at 2943 S. Church St. as an investment for its rental income.
“Nashville is such an attractive market for investors and that continues,” said broker David Rosenblum with Alliant Commercial Realty Services LLC.
Rosenblum represented Triple R Development in the transaction, which marks that partnership’s entry into the Nashville-area market.
The deal comes after Shoppes at Innsbrooke just became fully leased. That’s after Avail Vapors joined Dunkin’ Donuts, Smoothie King, AT&T and Heartland Dental as tenants.
Investment Partners LLC, which completed building Shoppes at Innsbrooke last year, was the seller of the retail strip center.
“It’s a great asset for anyone to own long term,” said Bobby Kirby, a partner in Investment Partners along with general contractor Jewell Hale of McMinnville. “We actually have a little sellers remorse in selling, but we are happy for Triple R.”
